北京安捷工程咨询有限公司成立于二OO七年一月二十五日，由北京城建设计发展集团股份有限公司、香港国际亚新工程顾问有限公司、北京城市轨道交通咨询有限公司、北京城建勘测设计研究院有限责任公司共同出资组建，是专门从事城市轨道交通领域安全风险评估、风险管理、信息系统研发和推广、安全风险管理体系构建、诊断与评估及相关科学研究的合资企业。

目前,公司作为高新技术企业拥有城市轨道交通咨询甲级资质，服务于轨道交通建设安全风险管理新领域，可在全国范围内承接安全风险评估与管理、安全风险体系诊断与评估、安全隐患排查与治理、应急管理第三方监测数据与管理、安全风险管理信息系统（分析、评估、控制与决策）、工程安全监理、安全风险相关的专题研究、技术研发与推广、信息管理系统开发与维护及安全风险相关的工程咨询和管理业务。公司运用先进的风险管理理念和技术。以及强大的技术优势及丰富的工程管理咨询经验，对工程建设实施标准化、规范化、信息化管理，采取科学、经济、有效的手段协助建设单位把工程建设中各类安全风险降到尽可能低的水平。

(AECC) was formed with 500 million founded in January 25, 2007 by the Beijing Urban Construction Design and Development Group Co., Ltd., MAA Group, Beijing Urban Rail Transit Consultant Co., Beijing Urban Construction Exploration & Surveying Design Research Institute Co., Ltd.

    AECC is specialized in the urban rail transit field of engineering risk assessment, risk management, computer-based information system integration and related technology research and development.
AECC owns Class-A consulting in urban rail transit engineering, Class-A assessment engineering, and Class III status of national computer information system integrator.

    At present, we have almost 100 employees to support comprehensive solution in the field of rail transit engineering safety & risk management, which consist of engineering risk analysis, risk management, risk management system diagnosis & assessment, hidden trouble check & management, emergency management, third-party monitoring analysis & management, information system research development & integration and related service, safety engineering supervisor, related R&D in engineering risk management.
